Steps to Enroll in WEOC 99 - Fall 2023

*Last day to add is September 28, 2023
1. Apply to SRJC:
https://admissions.santarosa.edu/high-school-dual-enrollment-students
- All high school students must submit an online SRJC application every spring or summer/fall semester in order for this form to be processed. This form must be submitted with all required signatures. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
2. Submit Dual Enrollment Form:
https://admissions.santarosa.edu/high-school-dual-enrollment-request-form
- High School Dual Enrollment students may enroll online during priority 6 registration (Thursday, December 8). Please submit your application online AND your High School Dual Enrollment Request form prior to your enrollment date. Mail, upload, or bring in person your signed dual enrollment form.
3. After Dual Enrollment is processed, have your student(s) email Kim Kinahan -kkinahan@santarosa.edu for an Add Code to enroll in WEOC 99i:

- All high school students must upload their work permit in order to be enrolled in the SRJC WEOC 99 course.
Steps for Student Success
*Class begins Monday, September 11
The Canvas course will be available Monday, August 21
Students need to provide their Job Site Supervisor with the letter below prior to the start of class.
Students need to update their Canvas Settings and Notifications in their SRJC Canvas account in order to receive text messages from their instructor and other important class information. The video will take a student through the "How To". This information will also be available in their Canvas course shell.

2. Work Goals Form - completed with Student and their Job Site Supervisor
3. Meet with Assigned Work Experience Instructor
4. Resume
5. Career Activity/Project/Career Workshop-select one
6. Student Report
7. Final meeting at Job Site to evaluate Work Goals with Assigned Work Experience Instructor, Job Site Supervisor and Student
