Jamie will be out of the office from Monday, July 13 through the morning of Monday, July 27, 2026.

All rehire and hiring paperwork must be submitted by 12:00 PM (noon) on Thursday, July 9, 2026 to be processed before this window. Paperwork received after the deadline will be held and processed in the order received beginning July 27, which may delay student start dates.

Student eligibility applications and recruitment requests are not affected and will continue to be processed as usual during this time.

Secure funding prior to submitting your recruitment request. For Student Services Departments, requests submitted require signed approval from Dr. Molly Senecal before processing can begin.

Supervisors new to on-campus student employment must attend a one-hour overview with the Coordinator, Workforce Development. Current supervisors are welcome to schedule check-ins or ask questions anytime.

Complete this form to begin onboarding for a new student employee who has never worked on campus. For Student Services Departments, requests submitted on or after August 11, 2025 require signed approval from Dr. Molly Senecal.
