Leap into LAEP

The Learning-Aligned Employment Program (LAEP) is a California Work-Study program designed to offer eligible students the opportunity to earn money to help defray their educational costs while gaining education-aligned, career-related employment. Participating SRJC departments and off-campus employers are reimbursed for a portion of the students' wages. Review the links below for more information or contact SRJC's LAEP Coordinator with any questions.
